Hanna Hillen was established in 1991 by Peter Hillen and David Hanna and occupies substantial premises in the main trading street of Newry City, sited on the corner of Hill Street and Kildare Street. The business consisting of Hanna Hillen Financial Services and Hanna Hillen Estates employs over twenty staff between its Newry and Banbridge offices.
PETER HILLEN

Peter, who is a qualified Independent Financial Adviser, has been in the Financial Services arena for over 30 years. Prior to the establishment of Hanna Hillen, he operated his own Estate Agency business in Banbridge covering, in addition to valuation work, residential and commercial sales. Skilled in the complex area of Trust advice, Peter’s specialist work includes Tax Efficient Investments and Inheritance Tax Planning.
DAVID HANNA

David manages the Financial Services business operating from within the Newry Office. Armed with some twenty-six years industry experience, David specialises in Corporate Financial Planning, Tax Efficient Investments and Inheritance Tax Planning. A native of Newry, he is committed to the ongoing development of Hanna Hillen Financial Services and Hanna Hillen Estates as consistent providers of real added value to the City’s discerning populace.
IAN HALL, BSc (HONS) MRICS

Ian is a graduate of the University of Ulster, Jordanstown, with an Honours Degree in Estate Management. He has over 10 years experience in the property market engaging in all aspects of general practice - incorporating surveys, valuations, residential and commercial agency, compensation and development projects. Further to having worked in Coleraine for three years, Ian, a native of Newry, joined Hanna Hillen Estates as a Surveyor in December 1997.
BARRY McKEOWN

Barry joined Hanna Hillen Estates in July 2002, upon completion of the Premier Management Graduate Scheme. Dealing daily with property sales, new developments and all aspects of negotiating, Barry has developed a sound knowledge of the local property market. Attention to detail is paramount in all aspects of Barry’s work, a quality which has resulted in glowing tributes from satisfied customers – both those selling and buying.
VIOLET TAYLOR

Violet joined the Hanna Hillen Estates team in October 2000, having previously worked with Shop Electric in Newry. As receptionist/administrator, she deals with the day to day running of the very busy office. Customers never cease to be impressed by Violet’s professional attitude to business enquiries.
